Procurement is a lot of work that consists of running back and forth to different people. From engineering to manufacturing, making sure that everyone has everything they need, making sure that the parts needed are ordered, making sure that the correct parts are ordered and shipped. Despite all the effort, mistakes can be made, they are taken as a natural order of things. It can often take a long time to order parts, the purchase order can take up to a week to assemble, as the person who is in charge of it often isn’t aware of the changes engineers made, so they need to be constantly aware of the changes to the products made. However, it still yields mistakes due to the human error as work takes a very long time, making it more prone to mistakes.

Haipa System offers a simple solution. Every part of the product is always up to date, the default view of the system shows the latest version of the product. Previous versions of the parts can also be bought as Haipra system saves allt the previous versions. Haipra System allows to create Approved Vendor List with multiple suppliers, multiple currencies, and it facilitates price breaks for different order quantities. Haipra System allows to categorise parts not different types from the perspective of parts that need to be bought, the ones that are made in house or come in pre assembled state, and free stock items. There is a functuanality of creating a purchase BOM, which only shows the parts of BOM that need to be bought, eliminationg the hassle of creating one by hand.
